Officials from Korean club DRX, formerly known as DragonX, have announced positive Covid tests for some members of the roster, casting doubt on their participation in the upcoming LCK Summer 2022.

SSONG Interim Head Coach, Shine Coach, Mowgli Coach, and player Deft all tested positive for Covid, another member of Team Taeyoon is also under suspicion and will have a RAT soon, and the rest of the team has tested negative.

On the eve of the tournament, this is not very good news for the roster, but after the announcement, it became clear that all players will be able to play, albeit in an online format.

Following the recommendations of the LCK tournament management, Mowgli will participate in the match scheduled for June 15, SSONG, Shine, Deft will participate online in all scheduled matches.

LCK Summer 2022 is a major tournament taking place in Seoul, the top 10 teams will compete for a prize pool of 375,000,000 won and a direct entry into the World Championship 2022.
