PCS Spring 2022 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from February 11 to April 17, ten teams from Southeast Asia, Hong Kong and Taiwan fought for a prize pool of $80,000, as well as a ticket to the Mid-Season Invitational 2022. The winner of the tournament was the team PSG Talon, which in a tense grand final was stronger than CTBC Flying Oyster with a score of 3:2.

The tournament for the eventual winner began with an impressive performance in the group stage, during which PSG Talon got 16 wins and also lost two matches.

Once in the playoffs, the team beat Deep Cross Gaming (3:0) in the semifinals. However, after PSG Talon lost to CTBC Flying Oyster (1:3) and fell into the lower bracket. Here the team managed to pull together to beat the J Team (3:2) and reach the grand final. In the decisive match, the team took revenge on CTBC Flying Oyster (3:2), thanks to which they qualified for the Mid-Season Invitational 2022.

The current line-up of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 is as follows: G2 Esports, T1, Team Aze, ORDER, DetonatioN FocusMe, İstanbul Wildcats and PSG Talon.

  • 1st place: PSG Talon - $30,000 + slot at the Mid-Season Invitational 2022.
  • 2nd place: CTBC Flying Oyster — $14,000
  • 3rd place: J Team - $10,000.
  • 4th place: Deep Cross Gaming — $7,000.
  • 5th-6th place: FRANK Esports — $4,500.
  • 5th-6th place: Beyond Gaming — $4,500.
  • 7th-8th place: Meta Falcon Team - $3,000.
  • 7th-8th place: Impunity — $3,000.
  • 9th place: Hurricane Gaming - $2,000.
  • 10th place: SEM9 - $2,000.
