Biography qojqva
Maximilian «qojqva» Bröcker is one of the most experienced representatives of the German Dota school. Maximilian has been on the professional scene since 2012. During this period, the player has managed to join the majority of prestigious organizations and demonstrate a high gaming level at many championships.
The beginning of the career
Like the majority of esportsmen, qojqva had started his road to the industry way before his arrival at a professional organization. Since his early years, Maximilian has been spending a lot of time in front of the PC, mastering his skill in games, and becoming better at them. As a result, it has helped him to build a career as a professional player.
The club HelloMoto was the first club qojqva was playing for. The player joined it in June 2012. It was a small team, which consisted of high-level players from public matchmaking. The player did not stay there for long and moved to Meet Your Makers a month later. Qojqva did not deal with the famous and respected team at that moment and the player left the roster of MYM.
In December 2012, qojqva became a player of We haz Asian but the player was not meant to become the champion there too. Qojqva transferred to mousesports in a month.
Mousesports and the first success
Having moved to mousesports, the player started participating in pretty prestigious tournaments. He placed second at RaidCall Dota 2 League Season 3, The Premier League Season 5 and also won RaidCall EMS One Summer Season and Corsair Gaming Summer Tournament 2013. But the main achievement was winning a spot in The International 2013, having prevailed in The International 2013: Western Qualifiers.
The team mousesports failed at The International 3, having held the 13th-16th place. After that, qojqva became a player of Team Liquid.
With this organization, qojqva placed 7th-11th at DreamLeague Season 1, 5th-8th at Fragbite Masters 2014 Spring, 7th-8th at HyperX D2L Western Challenge, and 2nd at American Dota League Season 2.
The International 2014 was the last tournament for qojqva on the roster of Team Liquid where the team held the 9th-10th place. Team Tinker was the next team for qojqva. With it, the German prevailed at Megafon Battle Arena 2014, placed 2nd at Dota 2 Champions League Season 4, and 3rd at XMG Captain Draft 2.0. Maximilian left Team Tinker in May 2015. Later, the player made another try to make it to The International with mousesports but it was not successful.
Finding himself
Qojqva became a player of No Diggity in February 2016. The player participated in various qualifying tournaments and small leagues with this club but he achieved nothing. Qojqva became a player of Escape Gaming in June 2016. With this European club, he managed to advance to The International 2016 where the team was eliminated first, having held the 13th-16th. However, qojqva finished the performance for Escape Gaming on a positive note. The team held the second place at DreamLeague Season 6 in November 2016.
Ninjas in Pyjamas was the next club for qojqva. Qojqva was playing for NiP from January 2017 to June of the same year. During this period, the 4th place at OverPower Cup #1 can be called the best result.
Maximilian left the club in August 2017, after which he moved to the team called Tuho but qojqva was not meant to achieve heights there. Having played at small championships and placed second at Dota 2 Champions League Season 12, qojqva departed from the team in November 2017.
Digital Chaos was the next team for the German. The player spent a month there, after which he moved to Mad Lads in February 2018. The player did stay for long there and left the team in June 2018.
Alliance was the next place for qojqva.
Alliance
Having moved to Alliance, qojqva received an opportunity to play with the leading teams from Europe and the world again. This made its impact on results. Despite the team not being outstanding, however, they remained decent opponents.
While performing for Alliance, the 2nd place at StarLadder ImbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 2 and the 5th-6th place at EPICENTER Major 2019 can be called the biggest results. The team also achieved victory at DOTA Summit 10, after which failed at The International 2019, having placed 13th-16th.
In September 2019, qojqva and the team left the organization Alliance and moved under the colors of Team Liquid.
The second transfer to Team Liquid and personal achievements
Having moved to Team Liquid in October 2019, qojqva with the team managed to hold the 5th-6th at MDL Chengdu Major and the 5th-6th place at DreamLeague Season 13. Also, qojqva placed 2nd at OGA Dota PIT 2020 Online: Europe/CIS, 4th at BLAST Bounty Hunt, and 3rd at BEYOND EPIC: Europe/CIS in the new organization.
Qojqva has already earned more than 310,000 dollars of prize money in his long career.
