Team Alameda 2018 has appeared on the registration page of professional teams in Dota 2 . The team includes 4 former EG players.

The team will reportedly compete in the top division of DPC 2023: NA. Apparently, the team managed to buy a slot from another club, or agree on signing top players by a well-known organization.

The backbone of Alameda 2018, consisting of Abed, Cr1t, Arteezy and Fly, used to play for Evil Geniuses. The last tournament of the roster was The International 2022, but before that, the players played for the “evil geniuses” for more than one year.

Arteezy and Cr1t have been playing together since September 2016, and the former played for EG in 2014 before. 2018, when Fly joined the team.

Abed completed the well-known company in September 2019. As part of EG, the Filipino reached the TOP-2 at DreamLeague Season 13, ONE Esports Singapore Major 2021, WePlay AniMajor, and also climbed into the TOP-12 of The International twice (in 2021 and 2022).

The squad will be coached by the indispensable BuLba, who previously worked as an EG coach. He has been in office since December 2017.
