The first quarterfinals of Pinnacle Fall Series 1 have ended, following which Spirit and SKADE beat AGO (2: 1) and BIG (2: 0), respectively. Now Spirit and SKADE will meet in the semifinals of the championship.

Spirit started their quarterfinals unsuccessfully, losing 10:16 to Ancient. However, already at Nuke, the Russian team managed to rehabilitate, confidently playing in defense - 16:10. On the decisive map, the scenario played out in favor of the Poles, who started off confidently in the attack. Nevertheless, Spirit managed to pull themselves together before switching sides, and then showed a confident attack and won Dust 2 with a score of 16:12.

In the BIG - SKADE match, everything turned out not in the best way for the Bulgarian team, because after the first half on Dust 2, many began to crown the favorite. Nevertheless. SKADE showed great attacking play, having managed to make a comeback in the second half and bring the matter to overtime. Here the Bulgarian team turned out to be extremely motivated to sensationally pick up the opponent's peak - 22:20. At Inferno, the Bulgarian team continued to bend their line, gradually breaking away from BIG. Despite the Germans' attempts to return to the attack, SKADE had no difficulty in closing all the questions and winning their map with a score of 16:12.

Pinnacle Fall Series 1 runs online from August 23 to September 8. 28 teams are competing for a prize pool of $ 84,000, as well as an invite to LAN Sweet LAN in February next year.
