Relog Media and GRID Esports have announced the Pinnacle Fall Series and the Pinnacle Winter Series, which will be the sequel to the Home Sweet Home series. The debut tournament in the new format will run from August 23 to September 8 with a combined prize pool of $ 84,000 and will include a total of 28 teams in four stages.

The tournament kicks off with a regional Swiss stage consisting of 16 teams. The eight first-place teams at this stage will advance to the next stage.

In the main Swiss stage, the pool of teams will again be cut in half, and the remaining eight teams will then play in the first singles qualifying round of the playoffs, from which the top four teams will advance to the second round of the playoffs along with four other invited teams.

The roster of teams invited to the first regional stage includes GamerLegion, LDLC and Movistar Riders, while teams like FunPlus Phoenix, forZe, SKADE and Endpoint await their opponents in the next stage. Meanwhile, the organizers have yet to issue four invitations to participate in the playoffs.

The Pinnacle Fall Series and the Pinnacle Winter Series will help determine the six teams to compete at the LAN Sweet LAN in February 2022. They will join the company to mousesports, OG, Complexity, forZe, FunPlus Phoenix and HAVU, who received tickets to the tournament after victories in the framework of Snow Sweet Snow and Spring Sweet Spring. The organizers have not yet announced how the seats will be allocated, given the change in format.

Both series and LAN Sweet LAN will also remain part of the Elisa Champion of Champions Tour along with the FunSpark ULTI and Seasonal Elisa Invitationals, from which the highest scoring teams will receive direct invitations to the Elisa Champion of Champions.

First stage participants: GamerLegion, Lilmix, Young Ninjas, Spirit Academy, Apeks, KOVA, Galaxy Racer, SJ, LDLC, Movistar Riders, OFFSET, VP.Prodigy, Wisla Krakow, 1WIN, 777 and K23.
