Flashpoint Season 3: Astralis and BIG Completed The Winner's Trophy Pursuit

The path of Astralis and BIG is almost over. The Danes and Germans will have to fight for fifth place.

The Danes did not surrender without a fight, but they failed to take at least one card from their opponents. On Nuke, Astralis took 12 rounds, and on Overpass they were very close to victory - there the game ended with a result of 14-16. BIG, in turn, imposed a good fight on NiP and were defeated with a score of 1-2.

Now Heroic and NiP will fight for reaching the final of the lower bracket, having shown excellent performance in previous matches.

Recall that earlier in the upper bracket, mousesports and G2, who beat Astralis and NiP, respectively, reached the final of the upper bracket. Today the European teams will determine the first grand finalist of the ongoing CS: GO competition.

Flashpoint Season 3 began on May 10 and ends on the 30th. 16 teams are taking part in the ranking tournament, sharing the 13,600 RMR points needed to qualify for PGL Major Stockholm 2021. The organizers are also raffling off a small prize pool of $ 50,000. The winner will claim $ 17,000 and 1,600 rating points.
