Flashpoint Season 3: FaZe Clan and Sprout Descend to the Lower Bracket

The third game day of Flashpoint Season 3 has come to an end. According to its results, the next pair was determined, which will play in the second round of the upper bracket. In addition, we now know the names of two more roasters who have brought the end of their participation in the championship closer.

In the first match, Heroic and Sprout fought. In it, the Danes showed excellent performance on both Vertigo and Nuke. On both maps, the team lost a total of 14 rounds. In the second match, G2 Esports came face to face with FaZe Clan. The confrontation began with the victory of G2 on Train with a score of 16-14, but Mirage was too interesting and very intriguing, as the teams needed three series of additional rounds to determine the winner. As a result, FaZe Clan managed to draw the game there, taking Mirage with a result of 25-22. The players from G2 did not like this course of events and the team showed their power on Inferno, losing only eight rounds to Twistzz and his teammates.

Now Heroic and G2 Esports will compete with each other in the second round of the upper bracket, while Sprout and FaZe Clan will have to fight for the right to continue to participate in the tournament. Their duel will take place on the 16th.

Flashpoint Season 3 started on May 10 and will end on the 30th. The rating tournament will feature 16 participants who will share the points required to qualify for PGL Major Stockholm 2021. The organizers will also compete for a small prize pool of $ 50,000. The winner will claim $ 17,000 and 1,600 RMR Ranking Points.
