Prioritizing - ENCE withdrew from EDC Season 3 to participate in the open qualifier for FLASHPOINT Season 3

The Finnish team ENCE announced that it is withdrawing from participation in the European Development Championship Season 3 with a prize pool of $ 30,000 in order to take part in the open qualifying round for FLASHPOINT Season 3. This act is not devoid of logic and caused mixed reactions from the community. Some believe that ENCE did everything right and need to withdraw from a championship of this magnitude in order to try to make it to the tournament with a prize pool of $ 1,000,000. Others at the same time say that it is better "a tit in the hands than pie in the sky" and refer to the recently made changes in the roster and the poor teamwork of the composition.

At the moment, it is still unknown who will replace the Finns in this championship.

A series of four open qualifiers for FLASHPOINT Season 3 will run from April 13th to 25th. Each of them will have two invitations to the closed qualifying round, from where the top five teams will be able to get into the main event. It is worth noting that not only the eight teams that will qualify through the open qualifiers will take part in the closed qualifier, but also the other eight that will receive invitations to the closed qualifying round.
