MOUZ confidently beat G2 in the IEM Krakow 2026 playoff quarterfinals, securing a 2:0 victory across Overpass and Dust2. Despite a close battle at the start of the series, MOUZ were the better team in the key moments and deservedly move on to the tournament’s semifinals.

Map veto:

  1. MOUZ removed Anubis
  2. G2 removed Nuke
  3. MOUZ picked Overpass
  4. G2 picked Dust2
  5. MOUZ removed Ancient
  6. G2 removed Inferno
  7. Mirage was left over

Overpass (16:13 MOUZ)

The first half on MOUZ’s map pick was very even. It was difficult to predict a favorite, as both teams traded rounds and finished the half tied. The same pattern continued after the side switch. G2 managed to reach map point, but failed to close it out, allowing MOUZ to push the game into overtime, where they proved stronger and closed the map 16:13.

Dust2 (13:7 MOUZ)

The first half of Dust2 followed a similar script to the previous map. The teams went round for round and finished the half tied. The situation changed once MOUZ moved to the attacking side. With fast-paced executes, they fully controlled the map and gave G2 no real chances. The final score was 13:7 in favor of MOUZ.

Match MVP

Spinx was named the MVP of the match, finishing the series with an ADR of 94.8 and a 1.43 rating.
