Train (13:10 Aurora)

On Aurora’s map pick, Gentle Mates managed to put up more of a fight. The first half ended 7:5 in favor of Aurora, who maintained a slight edge. However, after the side switch, Gentle Mates couldn’t build momentum on their T side and fell 10:13 despite the close scoreline.

After their sensational win over Vitality, Gentle Mates now fall to the 1-2 pool, meaning another loss would eliminate them from the tournament. Aurora, on the other hand, move to the 2-1 pool — just one victory away from the playoffs. The main stage of ESL Pro League Season 22 runs from October 4 to 12, with the winning team earning $100,000 and an additional $150,000 for the organization.
