Berlin International Gaming (BIG) managed to defeat the Ukrainian team Passion UA. With this victory, they secured their spot in the main stage of the Perfect World Shanghai Major 2024, finishing the group stage with an impressive 3-0 record.
BO3 Decisive for entry to Shanghai Major 2024
The qualifier for the Major’s main stage was held in a BO3 format. Passion UA picked Anubist as their map, while BIG responded with Dust2. The decider map was Mirage. Both teams dominated their own picks: Passion win (Anubis -13:9) BIG win (Dust 2 - 13:5), confidently taking victories and moving to the final map. On Mirage, the match was highly competitive, with the score constantly swinging back and forth.
