Outsiders became the champion of ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022

ESL Challenger at DreamHack Rotterdam 2022 has ended. As part of the competition, which was held from October 14 to October 16 in the Netherlands at the Rotterdam Ahoy site, participants from Europe, the CIS, Africa and South America competed for a total prize pool of $100,000, as well as a ticket to ESL Pro League Conference Season 17. The winner of the tournament was the Outsiders team, which unexpectedly beat ENCE in the grand final with a score of 2:0 (Dust 2 - 16:8; Vertigo - 16:14).

The championship for the future winner began with a difficult victory over Fluxo (22:18) in group B, after which the Outsiders lost to ENCE (14:16) and went to play a loss match. Here the Russian team again coped with Fluxo (2:0) and made it to the playoffs of the tournament.

Already in the semi-finals, dastan's men managed to cope with MOUZ (2:1), thus getting an additional respite and time to prepare for the grand final.

In the decisive match, Outsiders completely took revenge on ENCE (2:0). Moreover, the team had a great start to the series, literally outplaying the opponent on their own choice of Dust 2 — 16:8. Having moved to the Vertigo map, which turned out to be the choice of ENCE, the Outsiders team again showed a confident game and closed the opponent's attempt to give a comeback - 16:14.
