The battle for the first place in the RMR tournament started on the map Ancient, which became the choice of Team Liquid. At the same time, the start was left for the "Evil Geniuses", who not only closed the half in defense with a comfortable advantage, but also ran ahead after switching sides. However, in the very end, the "liquid" managed to return to the game, and then snatch the victory in overtime - 25:23.

Next, the teams moved to the Overpass map, which turned out to be the choice of Evil Geniuses. However, here everything turned out in favor of the Team Liquid players, who not only played successfully on defense, but also started briskly after the switchover. Now Evil Geniuses had to make a comeback and transfer the map to overtime. And yet, the “liquid” turned out to be stronger here, who managed to hold back the opponent and got the final victory — 19:17.
