The Complexity team beat ENCE with a score of 2:0 in the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 16. Thanks to this victory, the North American team got good chances to reach the playoffs, but the final fate depends on the outcome of parallel matches. In turn, ENCE flies past the playoffs, finishing the group stage with three points scored.

One of the three final matches started on the Overpass map, which became the choice of the North American team. But if the first half ended with a minimal advantage in favor of ENCE, then after the change of sides it became much more interesting - 8:7. It was here that the Complexity team entered the game, showing excellent defense and taking the lead in the series — 16:11.

Then the teams moved to the Nuke map, which became the choice of ENCE. However, the wards of sAw soon regretted their choice, as they managed to take only three rounds for the attack and actually said goodbye to the chances of a comeback - 12:3. Despite the shown character and the desire to return to the game after the change of sides, ENCE did not have enough strength to finish off the opponent. In turn, Complexity managed to keep the advantage, and at the same time got a victory over their opponent — 16:14.

To get into the playoffs of ESL Pro League Season 16, the North American team just needs to wait for Heroic's victory over Astralis.

ESL Pro League Season 16 runs from August 31st to October 2nd in Malta at the Salini Resort. 24 teams from Europe, CIS, North and South America compete for a total prize pool of $835,000.
