Participants of IEM Cologne 2022 determined
Tournament operator ESL has approved the final list of participants for the upcoming IEM Cologne 2022. As part of the championship, which will be held from July 5 to July 17 in Germany, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Oceania, China, North and South America will take part.
Eight teams will take part in the IEM Cologne 2022 group stage: FaZe Clan, Natus Vincere, G2 Esports, FURIA Esports, Cloud9, ENCE, Ninjas in Pajamas and Team Liquid. It should be noted that the presented teams scored the required number of points in the previous championships of the Intel Extreme Masters Season series.
The above teams will be accompanied by sixteen more participants who will start their journey from the Play-In stage. The following teams will perform at this stage of IEM Cologne 2022: GODSENT}} , Imperial Esports, Sprout, Complexity Gaming, Heroic, Team Vitality, ORDER, Team Spirit, TYLOO, BIG, Astralis, Outsiders, Movistar Riders, paiN Gaming, MOUZ and MIBR.

IEM Cologne 2022 will be held from 5 to 17 July in Germany at the Lanxess-Arena. The championship will feature 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Oceania, China, North and South America, who will play for a prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as rating points for the BLAST Premier table.
