The Grand Final of IEM Cologne 2022 set a new record for views
According to the Esports Charts analytical service, the IEM Cologne 2022 grand final set a new record for viewership among non-major championships. At its peak, 1,249,426 viewers watched the broadcast of the match NAVI — FaZe Clan. Of course, the grand final of the championship was the most watched fight of IEM Cologne 2022.

The most watched match in history is still the PGL Major Stockholm 2021 grand final between NAVI and G2 Esports, which was watched by 2,748,434 spectators at its peak.
In addition, IEM Cologne 2022 became the fifth tournament in the history of the discipline in terms of the number of peak viewers. The most watched championship is still PGL Major Stockholm 2021, followed by other majors - PGL Major Antwerp 2022, ELEAGUE Major 2017 and ELEAGUE Major 2018.
IEM Cologne 2022 was held from July 5 to 17 in Germany at the Hyatt Regency Cologne and LANXESS arena venues. As part of the championship, 24 teams from Europe, the CIS, Oceania, China, North and South America fought for a prize pool of $1,000,000, as well as rating points in the BLAST Premier table.
