The fourth gaming day has ended in group D at ESL Pro League Season 15, following which the NaVi and Heroic teams continue to hold the lead in the standings. At the same time, the Complexity team won the North American derby, thereby getting a chance to get into the playoffs of the competition. We are summing up the results of the penultimate round of the group stage of ESL Pro League Season 15.

Heroic-AGO

The first meeting of the game day started on the Vertigo map, which became the choice of the Polish team. However, the Danes immediately seized the initiative on the server, winning eleven rounds in defense at once. Well, after the change of sides, the Heroic players only strengthened their position, thus taking the lead in the series — 16:7.

Next, the teams moved to the Nuke map, which became the choice of Heroic. At the same time, the Poles initially made a mistake, deciding to start in the attack. This was confidently used by the Danes, who defeated AGO with a score of 12:3 and actually closed all questions. After the change of sides, Heroic did not let go of a single round at all, thus obtaining another victory in the ESL Pro League Season 15 — 16:3.

Complexity - Evil Geniuses

The North American derby kicked off on the Inferno map, chosen by the Evil Geniuses team. At the same time, the “owners” had the initiative throughout the map, predicting the opponent's actions over and over again. As a result, "Evil Geniuses" confidently outplayed their compatriots and won the first map in the championship - 16:10.

Next, the teams moved to the Vertigo map, where Complexity showed a good half in attack, losing with a minimal lag. However, after switching sides, Complexity quickly got down to business, thereby confidently outplaying the opponent and equalizing the score in the series — 16:11.

Everything was decided on the Nuke map, where Complexity showed a confident attack, actually solving all the issues in advance. Despite the attempts of Evil Geniuses to recoup, several rounds won with pistols gave Complexity the confidence to finish the streak in their favor and get the first points in the tournament - 16:10.

Astralis-NAVI

The final match of the game day started on the map Ancient, which became the choice of the Danish team. However, NAVI immediately seized the initiative on the server, finishing the first half with a score of 12:3. After the switchover, Astralis never managed to wake up, while the Born to Win confidently finished what they started, taking the lead in the series — 16:4.

Next, the teams moved to the Nuke map, where the Danes felt the weakness of the opponent, having managed to get a comfortable advantage before switching sides. At the same time, the Danes showed a confident attack, managing to quickly reach the map point. Despite NAVI's attempts to even the score and take the map to overtime, Astralis managed to hold out and get the victory at the opponent's peak — 16:14.

Everything was decided on the map Inferno, where the Danish team gave a confident half in defense, finishing it with a score of 11:4. However, after switching sides, NAVI quickly found its game to make a comeback, and then snatch victory over the opponent — 16:13.
