The FaZe Clan team defeated Gambit with a score of 2:0 and reached the semi-finals of IEM Katowice 2022. Now the European team will meet with Heroic, which, following the results of the group stage of the championship, directly got into the 1/2 finals.

The final quarter-final started on the Dust 2 map, which became the choice of the Russian team. But if the starting rounds were held in a relatively equal fight, then before the changeover, FaZe Clan managed to increase the gap, thereby gaining a twofold advantage for themselves. However, in the second half, Gambit finally stopped playing, allowing FaZe Clan to snatch a confident victory at the opponent's peak — 16:5.

Everything was decided on the Inferno map, which became the choice of the FaZe Clan team. At the same time, the Russian team managed to withstand the onslaught of the "owners", thereby retaining the advantage in the first half. Nevertheless, after the side switch, FaZe Clan players started right off the bat, thereby not only closing the gap, but also confidently running ahead in order to get the final victory over the opponent — 16:11.
