Relog Media has presented a list of teams that are invited to the Pinnacle Winter Series 1 playoffs - the organizers have issued invites to Heroic, FURIA, fnatic and Copenhagen Flames. The presented teams will start their journey from the 1/4 final stage to compete for a place on LAN Sweet LAN.

In total, 12 teams will take part in the Pinnacle Winter Series 1 playoffs, 8 of which have passed the main Swiss stage. Apeks and Dignitas also stand out among the other participants in the playoffs, having overcome the main stage of the championship without a single defeat.

It should be noted that Pinnacle Winter Series 1 will be the first tournament for both Heroic and FURIA, which missed Funspark ULTI Finals 2021 and BLAST Premier Spring Groups 2022. At the same time, the organizers set an important condition for the invited teams, without distributing the prize fund among except when one of the teams wins the tournament.

The full list of Pinnacle Winter Series 1 playoff participants is as follows: Heroic, FURIA, fnatic, Copenhagen Flames, Dignitas, Apeks, Wisla Krakow, K23, Sprout, Endpoint, Eternal Fire, MOUZ NXT/SAW (Last participant to be determined soon following a face-to-face meeting).

The Pinnacle Winter Series 1 Playoffs will run from January 31 to February 2 online. The remaining 12 teams will compete for a prize pool of $84,000, as well as a ticket to LAN Sweet LAN.
