The fourth day of the major VCT 2024: Masters Madrid tournament has come to an end. Today, there were two matches, featuring FunPlus Phoenix against LOUD, and Team Heretics against Paper Rex. Let's take a look at the game results.

Results of the FunPlus Phoenix vs LOUD match at VCT 2024: Masters Madrid:

The outcome of this confrontation didn't surprise anyone, FunPlus Phoenix proved to be weaker than the Brazilians from LOUD, and this match was no exception. The first map, Sunset, ended decisively with a score of 13:5. On the second map, Breeze, FunPlus Phoenix put up a fight and came close to overtime. The second map concluded with a score of 13:11.

Results of the Team Heretics vs Paper Rex match at VCT 2024: Masters Madrid:

This encounter was the most intriguing of the day; Team Heretics gave a worthy fight against the favorites, Paper Rex. The Heretics fell just short of securing victory in the match. On the first map, Sunset, Paper Rex emerged victorious with a score of 13:10, while on the second map, Lotus, Team Heretics fought well and won the map with a similar score. However, on the final map, Split, Team Heretics couldn't demonstrate a strong attack and lost the map with a score of 7:13.

In the first international tournament of the VALORANT Champions Tour 2024, 8 teams representing 4 international leagues will participate. Teams earned their spot in Masters by finishing 1st and 2nd in the respective playoff tournaments.
