100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses, Ghost Gaming and Sentinels made it to VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers
The second open qualifier for VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers has come to an end, as a result of which 100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses, Ghost Gaming and Sentinels earned the right to play in the summer split.
The first team to qualify was 100 Thieves, which outplayed Soniqs (2:0), NYFU (2:1) and Akrew (2:0) during the open qualifier. At the same time, the Evil Geniuses team won its slot at VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers, which turned out to be stronger than Ghost Gaming (2:1), Girl Kissers (2:0) and Knights (2:0).
Through the lower bracket, Ghost Gaming and Sentinels qualified for the championship, which turned out to be stronger than Knights (2:0) and Akrew (2:0) in the decisive matches, respectively.

The final roster for VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers is as follows: The Guard, OpTic Gaming, Cloud9, XSET, NRG, FaZe Clan, TSM, Luminosity Gaming, 100 Thieves, Evil Geniuses, Ghost Gaming and Sentinels. The championship will be held online from May 13 to June 26. The remaining four participants of the championship will be determined by the results of the second qualification, which will be held from May 5 to 8.
