NRG to finish VCT 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers online
/The North American esports organization NRG has announced that the VALORANT club roster has decided to leave the bootcamp and finish the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers online. The reason for this decision was a possible outbreak of coronavirus.
Unfortunately, the team was exposed to the coronavirus earlier this week. So far, no one has tested positive, but we are monitoring the situation closely. As a result, we decided to take extra precautions and send everyone from our bootcamp home. The team will play in the upcoming VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers matches from home.
Recall that NRG made it to the playoffs of VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: North America Stage 2 Challengers, having obtained only two victories in the group stage. In the playoffs of the tournament, the team has already managed to beat Ghost Gaming (2:0) and Evil Geniuses (2:1).

As part of the championship, twelve teams from North America are fighting for a prize pool of $200,000, ranking points, and two tickets to the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 2 Masters, which will be held in Copenhagen.
