During mandatory testing, a LOUD player tested positive for COVID-19. According to our rules, if a player is feeling well enough to compete, they can take part in a scheduled LAN match from the quarantine zone. At the same time, his teammates will compete from the next room. However, the order of the matches may be changed.
Recall that on April 9, another LOUD player, aspas, passed a positive test for coronavirus. In turn, Less tested positive the next day, April 10. According to LOUD, Less is asymptomatic while the player himself is vaccinated. Both he and aspas will not be able to compete from the stage. However, they will play from an isolated room, while the rest of the LOUD members and their rivals will compete from adjacent rooms.
LOUD will kick off the VALORANT Champions Tour 2022: Stage 1 Masters - Reykjavík today, April 14th. The Brazilian team will play in the quarterfinals of the tournament against Team Liquid.
