Cloud9 White wins VCT 2022: Game Changers North America Series 1

VCT 2022: Game Changers North America Series 1 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held online from April 6 to 9, eight women's teams from North America fought for a prize pool of $50,000, as well as ranking points. The winner of the tournament was the Cloud9 White team, which outplayed Shopify Rebellion with a score of 3:0 in the grand final (Haven - 13:4; Icebox - 13:4; Bind - 13:4).

It's safe to say that Cloud9 White went all the way through the tournament bracket in one breath, as the team confidently outplayed Counter Logic Gaming Red (2:0) and TSM X (2:0) in the quarterfinals and semifinals, respectively. Being in the finals of the upper bracket, the team closed the Shopify Rebellion without a chance (2:0) and made it to the grand finals of the competition.

In the final match, Cloud9 White again defeated Shopify Rebellion (3:0), thanks to which they earned $20,000 and 80 rating points.
