First Stand 2025

The third matchday ended with an astonishing victory as Karmine Corp defeated Top Esports. Struggling at the start of the group stage, the European team suffered back-to-back losses against Team Liquid and CTBC Flying Oyster. Facing one of the tournament favorites, they were clear underdogs.

Yet, defying all expectations, Karmine Corp delivered a spectacular performance. From the first map, they outplayed their opponents in both macro and micro gameplay. The second map followed the same script, with Top Esports unable to match their pace. In the end, Karmine Corp secured a dominant 2-0 victory.

With a 1-2 record in the group stage, many had predicted their elimination. But today’s stunning win over Top Esports proved that Karmine Corp isn’t ready to give up just yet.

Well, the group stage is becoming increasingly unpredictable. We hope that the teams will continue to delight us with impressive victories and exciting gameplay in matches that will run until March 14. Only the four best teams will advance to the playoffs, which will take place from March 15 to March 16, with the decisive matches played in a Bo5 format.
