The band Linkin Park, now with a new lineup, might perform the anthem for the upcoming League of Legends World Championship.

The group recently announced their new album, From Zero, which features a track titled "Heavy is the Crown." Many League of Legends fans are speculating that this song could be chosen as the official anthem for Worlds 2024.

The song is set to be officially unveiled on September 24 by Riot Games, the same day Linkin Park will perform at the O2 Arena in London, UK. This venue will also host the final match of the League of Legends World Championship.

Linkin Park reunited with a new lineup seven years after the passing of their lead singer, Chester Bennington. Emily Armstrong, formerly of Dead Sara, has joined the band as the new lead vocalist, along with a new drummer.

The official League of Legends social media account hinted at a potential collaboration by responding to Linkin Park's post with a crown emoji.
