Final preparations are taking place in Atlanta before the start of the Worlds 2022 semi-final stage. The main event of the year in the League of Legends will get a new round today.

The four best teams at the end of the season are two steps away from their cherished dream. Today we will watch the first confrontation of Worlds 2022, and at the same time we will find out who will be honored to go to the final of the World Championship.

Semi-finals will be opened by T1 and JD Gaming . The confrontation between the reigning LPL champions and the legendary South Korean club will begin at 23:00 CET.

The fight should be extremely important for both clubs. T1, and Faker in particular, will get a chance to go to the finals and try to win the 4th title, in turn, JD Gaming remained the only representative of the LPL, able to protect the honor of the region and return the Summoner's Cup to China. The victorious couple will go to the Worlds 2022 finals, which will be held at the Chase Center in San Francisco on November 5th.

DRX and Gen.G will play in the second semi-final. The South Korean high-speed derby will take place tomorrow at 22:00 CET, and the winner of the pair, just like in the case of T1 - JD Gaming, will go to San Francisco to fight for the Summoners' Cup.

The 2022 World Championship runs from September 29 to November 5 in Mexico and the United States. The Play-In stage will take place from September 29 to October 4 at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City, and the group stage will take place from October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. The quarter-finals will be played at the same Hulu Theater from October 21-24, the semi-finals will be hosted by the State Farm Arena in Atlanta, and the final will take place at the Chase Center on November 5 in San Francisco. As part of the championship, 24 teams from all over the world are fighting for a total prize pool of $2,225,000.
