The third gaming day of Worlds 2022 has ended, according to the results of which Evil Geniuses and Fnatic teams ensure getting into the TOP-4 of group A. While the remaining participants will fight for the last two tickets to the next stages of the championship, Chiefs Esports Club is already completely and irrevocably relegated from tournament.

Evil Geniuses and Fnatic currently lead the league table with three wins and one loss each. Everything will be decided on the final day of the first round of the Play-In, which will determine the winner in Group A and send him straight to the group stage.

Well, for the Chiefs Esports Club, the championship has literally come to an end, because before the final day the Australian team has four defeats and zero chances to go further.

The 2022 World Championship runs from September 29 to November 5 in Mexico and the United States. The Play-In stage will take place from September 29 to October 4 at the Arena Esports Stadium in Mexico City, and the group stage will take place from October 7-10 and October 13-16 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden. As part of the championship, 24 teams from all over the world (excluding the CIS) are fighting for a total prize pool of $2,225,000.
