Upset and Hylissang from Fnatic may miss Worlds 2022

Worlds 2022 in League of Legends starts on September 29, and the disappointing news from the camp of the participating teams is already being heard. Two Fnatic players, Upset and Hyllisang are at risk of missing out on the main event of the year.

Both players have tested positive for COVID-19, which will greatly complicate the process of moving to Mexico City, where the Play-In stage will take place. Club management has already contacted Riot and is working hard to get the duo to play in the first match of Worlds 2022 on September 29th.

Worlds 2022 will take place from September 29 to November 5. 24 teams will compete for the Summoner's Cup and the $2,225,000 cash prize.
