The leadership of the esports organization FC Schalke 04 Esports announced that it had excluded one of the players from the starting lineup for League of Legends. The reason was his inappropriate behavior in public. The situation is aggravated by the fact that after toxic behavior in the match and further elimination, the team is forced to take part in the EU Masters Summer 2022 with a replacement.
Representatives of Schalker 04 Esports showed in such a way that their reputation is much more important to them than the results in the tournament.
It is worth noting that EU Masters Summer 2022 is considered the largest League of Legends tournament outside of the LEC league.

The announcement of Isma's expulsion took place after the end of the first meeting, where Schalke 04 Esports were defeated in the confrontation with GameWard. The management did not explain the reasons, but a little later, the expelled Isma clarified the situation about his transition to the bench.
The thing is that four hours before the start of EU Masters Summer 2022, he received a call from the head of the eSports department of FC Schalke 04 Esports and informed him about the transfer to the reserve, and the reason was uncontrolled behavior in public.
Isma offered to hush up this case and asked him to write a fine, after which he would apologize publicly, but the head of the eSports department insisted on his own and considered such a punishment more fair.

After 9 months, he moved under the banner of Vanir, and in January 2022 he became a full member of the FC Schalke 04 Esports team. Throughout his career, he has earned $113 in prize money. The only tournament where he was able to get prize money was Open Tour France 2022 Etape 5. For the second place, he earned $565 with teammates from the TUEURS mix.
Isma noted that he personally did not receive any warnings from the creators of the esports discipline, Riot Games. The reaction of the public to such an act was not very unambiguously accepted in the community. Part of the audience felt that the punishment was severe enough given that he received no warning from Riot. Others considered such punishment more than acceptable.
Later, the management of Schalke 04 Esports published a comment regarding the situation. It clarified that perhaps Isma, in the opinion of some people, did not do something very bad and the weight of his words may not have much weight in the world of League of Legends, however, for an esports organization there are certain standards that all players and representatives of the club must meet. In addition, Schalke 04 Esports is the esports branch of a football club and the ethics of sports organizations are much harsher than what is usually seen in the world of esports.
