Worlds 2017 champion to name son after League of Legends character
Maksym ShylovFormer professional League of Legends player Kang 'Ambition' Chan-yong has revealed that he is expecting a son in December. The South Korean esportsman will name the baby after the Jarvan IV character, namely Jarvan V.
The choice fell on this hero, because Ambition was able to become the League of Legends world champion on it, winning Worlds 2017. Then the player played for the Samsung Galaxy teams. For the first place in the tournament, the team earned the main prize of $1,855,114.
Ambition started his esports career in November 2011 for the MiG Blaze team. This year, Worlds 2022 will take place in Mexico and the United States from September 29th to November 5th. 24 teams will compete for an impressive prize pool of $2,225,000. Teams from Eastern Europe will not be represented as Riot Games canceled the LCL this year.
