Ranger and Wos join Flamengo Los Grandes
lieFlamengo Los Grandes, an esports club from Brazil, formerly known as Flamengo eSports, today joined two League of Legends players: Filipe "Ranger" Brombilla and Willyan "Wos" Bonpam.
Flamengo Los Grandes themselves told the public about this after the rebrand on their Twitter page, calling themselves “RANGER NATION” and making a post in the advising style of Power Rangers. It looks funny and the audience liked it.
Two strong and quite experienced players will join the Flamengo Los Grandes team right during the summer split of the continental league CBLOL Split 2 2022. Now the team is going there with a score of 3-5, occupying 8 out of 10 positions on the leaderboard. Such a decision is obviously aimed at changing the balance of power and saving the situation in the tournament.
Ranger will return to the position of jungler, which he already held specifically in this team a year ago and together they took first place in the group stage at CBLOL Split 1 2021. He will play in place of the South Korean jungler Geum go.
Wos is another worthy figure in the Brazilian League of Legends pro scene with 8 years of experience in the game. He will take on the role of a support in the team to replace South Korean player Kuri.
Thus, the team immediately refused two players from their “reference” South Korea, which, first of all, can improve their communication in the team and during the game.
The current team roster is still rather unclear due to the many contracts with the players, but this is what the expected lineup for the coming weeks of CBLOL Split 2 2022 looks like:
- Tay - top laner
- Ranger - forester
- Tutsz - mid laner
- Flare - bot laner
- Wos - support
