The first half of the LEC Summer 2022 split has been completed. According to its results, such teams as Excel Esports, Fnatic and Rogue showed themselves best. They finished the stint with a 5-2 record. They are followed by MAD Lions, G2 Esports and Team Vitality in the fourth, fifth and sixth positions, with 4 wins and 3 losses each. The seventh and eighth positions were taken by Astralis and Misfits Gaming, who won 3 times and lost 4 times each. The last two lines are occupied by SK Gaming and Team BDS with one win and six losses. As for SK Gaming, they even made a substitution in their roster in order to rectify the situation, but so far this has not helped.

Recall that according to the results of the group stage, the best six will advance to the final stage, where they will fight in the double-elimination bracket with Bo5 matches. There, the teams will compete for three invitations to the 2022 World Championship.

The next matches will start on July 15th. LEC Summer 2022 runs from June 17 to September. The total prize fund of the championship is 200,000 euros, and 10 participants are involved in its distribution. Funding and ranking points will only be shared between the top 6 teams in the Summer Split.

  • 1st place — €80,000 + 90 ranking points + invitation to 2022 Worlds
  • 2nd place — €50,000 + 70 ranking points + invitation to 2022 Worlds
  • 3rd place — €30,000 + 50 ranking points + invitation to 2022 Worlds
  • 4th place — €20,000 + 30 ranking points
  • 5th place — €12,500 + 20 ranking points
  • 6th place — €7,500 + 10 ranking points
