The grand final of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 has ended, in which the representatives of China from Royal Never Give Up and Korea from T1 met. The teams went the full distance of 5 maps, and the winner was RNGU.

The Mid-Season Invitational 2022 differed from previous years in that there were no representatives from the Continental League due to the cancellation of the spring split in the region. Another peculiarity was that due to the situation with the COVID-19 pandemic in China, representatives of the LPL, the future champions of Royal Never Give Up, could not come to the LAN event in Busan in person. The organizers decided that the team will play their matches online, and all participants in the tournament will play with a ping of 35ms.

Mid-Season Invitational 2022 was held from May 10 to May 29 this year. 11 teams competed for the off-season title and $250,000.
