GAM Esports became the champion of VCS Spring 2022

VCS Spring 2022 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held from February 11 to April 24 in a mixed format, eight teams from Vietnam fought for a prize pool of $52,280, as well as a ticket to the Mid-Season Invitational 2022. GAM Esports became the winner of the tournament, which defeated Saigon Buffalo 3:1 in the grand final. However, the team will be forced to miss the next championship due to performances at the 31st Southeast Asian Games - Esports.

The tournament for the future winner began with a brilliant performance at the group stage, during which GAM Esports did not lose a single match. Thanks to such a successful result, the Vietnamese team directly made it to the grand final, where they beat Saigon Buffalo with a score of 3:1.

The current line-up of the Mid-Season Invitational 2022 is as follows: G2 Esports, T1, Team Aze, ORDER, DetonatioN FocusMe, İstanbul Wildcats, RED Canids, Saigon Buffalo, PSG Talon and Royal Never Give Up. Note that the team from China will perform remotely at the championship due to restrictions related to the coronavirus pandemic.
