The LCK Spring 2022 has come to an end. At the championship, which was held from January 12 to April 2 in Seoul at LoL PARK, 10 South Korean teams fought for a prize pool of $308,561, as well as a ticket to the Mid-Season Invitational 2022. The winner of the tournament was the team T1, which turned out to be stronger than Gen.G Esports with a score of 3:1 in the grand final.

The tournament for the future winner started with a confident performance in the group stage, during which T1 got 18 wins, which became a loud claim for future success.

Once in the playoffs, the team continued their confident adventure, beating Freecs (3:0) in the semifinals. In the decisive match of the championship, T1 again proved to be stronger than Gen.G Esports (3:1), thus earning a ticket to the home Mid-Season Invitational 2022.

It should be noted that Canyon from DAMWON Gaming, who has 16 MVP awards, was recognized as the best player of the championship. At the same time, the best player of the regular season was Keria from the T1 team.

  • 2nd place: Gen.G Esports - $82,283 + 70 points.
  • 3rd place: DAMWON Gaming - $41,142 + 50 points.
  • 4th place: Freecs - $20,571 + 30 points.
  • 5th place: DRX - 20 points.
  • 6th place: Brion Esports — 10 points.
  • 7th place: KT Rolster.
  • 8th place: Nongshim RedForce.
  • 9th place: SANDBOX Gaming.
  • 10th place: Hanwha Life Esports.
