Worlds 2021: LNG Esports seize the lead in Group A after the first match day

Worlds 2021 kicked off in Reykjavik. The first day of the Play-In stage in the group stage is over, and we are in a hurry to share with you the results of the past meetings

Results of the first game day of the Play-In stage in the group Hanwha Life Esports and LNG Esports met in the opening match. The Chinese team outplayed their counterparts from rather - 1-0 in favor of the LNG.

The second match was played by Red Canids and Infinity. The Brazilians overcame their rival in 32 minutes - 1-0 in favor of the Red Canids.

In the third match, we again watched the LNG, this time against PEACE. The international squad could not oppose anything to the team from the Celestial Empire - 1-0 in favor of the LNG.

HLE and Infinity closed the day in Group A. The Korean team was able to equalize their position by winning their match - 1-0 in favor of HLE.

Group Stage Play-In matches tomorrow at 13:00 CET. The game day will be opened by HLE in a match with Peace.

Worlds 2021 started on October 5 and will run until November 11. At the World Cup, 22 teams will compete for the title and a total prize pool of $ 2,225,000.
