The esports organization OG Esports has officially unveiled its updated branding for 2026. The main change is a return to a green color scheme and the complete removal of Red Bull’s visual presence from the brand.

OG Esports Unveiled a New Logo 1

The new OG logo refers back to the period before the partnership with Red Bull and resembles the design the organization used during landmark events, including The International 2016. The first hints of the rebrand appeared on December 31, 2025, in the form of an online sketch, and the following day OG fully revealed the new logo along with the slogan: “green shaped our history. Now, it fuels our future”.

The organization also announced that new gaming jerseys for the 2026 season, designed in green tones with updated symbolism, will go on sale in the near future.

These changes symbolically conclude an important chapter in OG Esports’ brand history, as Red Bull’s identity no longer plays a key role in the team’s image. The partnership between OG and the energy drink manufacturer began in 2017 and later had a significant influence on the organization’s visual style.

As of now, it has not been officially confirmed whether the cooperation between OG Esports and Red Bull has fully ended. Red Bull is still listed among the partners on the organization’s official website along with other sponsors. At the same time, Red Bull branding is no longer used on OG’s social media.

OG Esports in 2025

The year 2025 became a turning point for OG Esports and brought large-scale changes both to the organization’s internal structure and to its team rosters.

In September 2025, blockchain company Chiliz Group acquired a controlling 51% stake in OG Esports. As part of the deal, former OG co-owner and CRO Xavier Oswald returned to the organization as CEO. At the same time, founders Johan “N0tail” Sundstein and Sébastien “Ceb” Debs announced the launch of a new strategic project aimed at strengthening the club’s competitive component.

Following the change in ownership, OG Esports carried out a major roster overhaul, particularly in the Dota 2 discipline. On October 21, the organization ended its cooperation with the trial roster OG.LATAM, and on October 29, 2025, it disbanded its European Dota 2 roster.

Only on November 10, 2025, did OG Esports introduce a new fully Filipino Dota 2 roster, composed of former Team Aureus players. The team began to perform better and finished in the top 6 at PGL Wallachia Season 6, BLAST Slam V, and DreamLeague Season 27.

OG Esports is one of the most decorated organizations in the history of Dota 2, being the first and currently the only team to win The International twice in a row — in 2018 and 2019. The team has now begun to develop again and promises to show better results in 2026.
