Dota2 EWC results – Tundra Esports dominate Team Yandex 2–0 at the Esports World Cup 2025 (BO2)
Tundra Esports (Western Europe) overpowered fellow Group C contenders Team Yandex (Eastern Europe) in a clean 2–0 sweep at the Esports World Cup 2025, locking in a strong start to their group run.
Tundra opened map one with relentless pressure and clinical teamfights. Mid laner bzm popped off on Storm Spirit, racking up pickoffs and controlling the tempo from start to finish. Crystallis and 33 followed up every initiation with flawless execution, closing the game 38–17 after a decisive Roshan fight.
Map two was even more one-sided. Tundra’s early-game lanes went uncontested, and their supports Saksa and Whitemon rotated perfectly to shut down any movement from Team Yandex. bzm struck again with another high-impact performance, ending the game in under 27 minutes with a 33–10 stomp that left no room for a comeback.

The win brings Tundra to 2–1–0 in Group C, tied at the top with Aurora Gaming, both sitting at 5–1. Team Yandex now fall to 1–0–2 and must win their final series against Virtus.pro on July 11 to have a shot at the playoffs. That same day, Tundra and Aurora will face off to decide first place in the group and a direct path to the upper bracket.
