Biography Saksa
Martin «Saksa» Sazdov is the brightest representative of the Macedonian Dota 2. In his career, Saksa played for ten teams. The experience he acquired makes him one of the most highly-demanded gamers in the world. Let us explore how Saksa became an esportsman.
Beginning of Career
Saksa started to take interest in computer games before he got into esports. Since his early childhood he spent a lot of time in computer clubs honing his skills. It is not surprising that these were computer games that became his career.
The first club for Saksa was Global Challengers. There the gamer spent almost a year and half from April 2014 till August 2015. In August 2015, he left the team and joined 4 Clover & Lepricon. In this club he managed to take second place at Game Show Global eSports Cup Season 1. Saksa played for the club for three months and in January 2016 became a representative of Mamas Boys. But one month later, the gamer left the team and joined Digital Chaos.
Digital Chaos and First Success
Saksa became a DC’s player in February 2016. This team helped the gamer to achieve the most significant result - second place at The International 2016. After such a triumph, the team was on the ascendant. After TI6, there was 3-4 place at The Boston Major 2016 and first place at ESL One Genting 2017. In April 2017, the gamer moved out from DC and joined Thunderbirds. One month later, Thunderbirds got a sponsor and the team changed the name into Planet Odd. Planet Odd managed to take second place at DreamLeague Season 7. In July 2017, Saksa decided to try himself in coaching.
Coaching and Soul Searching
In July 2017, Saksa became a coach for HellRaisers. But a month later he came back to the game. The next team for Saksa was MidOrFeed. A month later, in September 2017, the gamer moved to OpTic Gaming as a stand-in. Saksa helped the team take second place at ROG MASTERS 2017. After OpTic Gaming, there were Team World, Echo International, complexity, Five Dogs, and BlinkPool. All these clubs did not let Saksa realize his potential. The gamer got his success back after he joined NiP.
NiP
Saksa became a NiP gamer in September 2018. The team showed pretty good results. Saksa and his team took fourth place at The Kuala Lumpur Major 2018, first place at OGA Dota PIT Minor 2019, 5-6 place at MDL Disneyland Paris Major and first place at StarLadder imbaTV Dota 2 Minor Season 2. After these achievements, their performance at The International 2019 was a real failure for the gamers. There Saksa and the team were not able to make it to the main stage and left the championship on seventeenth-eighteenth place. Saksa left NiP in September 2019.
OG and Personal Awards
In January 2020, Saksa was an OG gamer. There he managed to win several online qualifiers and took second place at BLAST Bounty Hunt and third place OGA Dota PIT S2: Europe CIS. In his career, Saksa earned over 1,000,000 dollars of prize money.
