Team Falcons (MENA) and Execration (Philippines) traded dominant wins to open Group B with a 1–1 draw at the Esports World Cup 2025 in Riyadh.
Map 1 went Execration’s way as Palos popped off on carry, leading his squad to a one-sided 41–15 win in just under 40 minutes. Map 2 flipped the script, with skiter and ATF shining for Falcons as they steamrolled to a 33–16 victory in just over half an hour.
With every team in Group B now sitting at 1–1 after Day 1, the race for playoffs is wide open. Falcons face BB Team and Execration meet Gaimin Gladiators on July 9, with crucial points on the line.
