ESL One Raleigh 2025 Group Stage Recap
Welcome to all Dota 2 and esports fans! We continue to bring you coverage of one of the biggest tournaments of the year — ESL One Raleigh. As you already know, 12 of the best teams are competing for a prize pool of $1 million. As of April 10, the first stage of the tournament — the Group Stage — has concluded, so let’s summarize the third day of play in ESL One Raleigh and take a look at what’s coming next.
Group A Day 3 Results
In the group stage, teams played in two groups of six. The top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the teams placing 3rd and 4th move into the lower bracket, making every match crucial. Here are the Day 3 results from Group A:
- Nigma Galaxy 0 - 2 PARIVISION
- Team Liquid 1 - 1 Shopify Rebellion
- Talon Esports 0 - 2 Team Spirit
After all the matches of the Group Stage in Group A at ESL One Raleigh 2025, the standings are as follows:

As we can see, PARIVISION and Team Spirit held on to their top spots thanks to key wins in this round, securing their places in the upper bracket of the playoffs. Team Liquid and Nigma Galaxy will also continue their championship run at ESL One Raleigh 2025, but they will start from the lower bracket. Meanwhile, Shopify Rebellion and Talon Esports are eliminated from the tournament.
Group B Day 3 Results
Following Group A, matches also took place in Group B. As a reminder, almost all matches in Group B in the previous days ended in draws, but on Day 3 the teams finally delivered some exciting victories. Here are the Group B results for Day 3:
- HEROIC 0 - 2 Tundra Esports
- Team Tidebound 1 - 1 Team Falcons
- BB Team 2 - 0 AVULUS
Tiebreaker:
- BB Team 0 - 2 Tundra Esports
As you can see, tiebreaker matches were required to determine who would advance to the upper and lower playoff brackets. BB Team and Tundra Esports faced off, with Tundra Esports coming out on top.
