ESL One Raleigh 2025: Day 2 Recap

Welcome to all Dota 2 and esports fans! One of the biggest tournaments of the year — ESL One Raleigh — has officially begun and will take place from April 7 to 13. A total of 12 top teams are participating in the event, competing for a $1 million prize pool. As of April 9, all matches of the second round have concluded, so in this article, we’ll summarize the results and highlight what happened on Day 2 of ESL One Raleigh 2025.

ESL One Raleigh 2025: Day 2 Recap 1

Group A Results

During the group stage, the teams are split into two groups of six. The top two teams from each group advance to the upper bracket of the playoffs, while the 3rd and 4th place teams move to the lower bracket — making every match crucial. After Day 2, the group standings have become clearer. Here are the Group A results from Day 2 of ESL One Raleigh 2025:

  • Nigma Galaxy 0 - 2 Team Spirit
  • PARIVISION 2 - 0 Team Liquid
  • Shopify Rebellion 1 - 1 Talon Esports
  • Nigma Galaxy 0 - 2 Team Liquid
  • Team Spirit 2 - 0 Shopify Rebellion
  • Talon Esports 0 - 2 PARIVISION

As we can see, Nigma Galaxy couldn’t hold their ground against stronger opponents and suffered two losses despite winning twice on Day 1. Team Spirit, on the other hand, who previously had two draws, performed impressively with two solid victories. PARIVISION continues to affirm their status as one of the tournament favorites and strengthens their position in the standings with two more wins.
