Team Spirit, one of the top Eastern European Dota 2 squads, has officially withdrawn from DreamLeague Season 26, as confirmed by tournament organizers on X (formerly Twitter).

Originally invited based on their ESL ranking, Team Spirit’s departure opened the door for the next team in line on the ESL Pro Tour (EPT) standingsSweden’s Team Liquid, who will now take their place in the event.

DreamLeague Season 26 is set to be held online from May 19 to June 1, with 16 teams competing for a $1,000,000 prize pool. The tournament remains one of the most anticipated events on the pro Dota 2 calendar, attracting top-tier teams from around the globe.
