Team Spirit stop NAVI in a tense match

The match between Natus Vincere and Team Spirit has ended as part of the DPC 2021/2022 season in Eastern Europe. We wrote about the tournament situation for both teams earlier in the announcement of this match.

Initially, the performance of Natus Vincere on the 1st map looked extremely confident. By the 11th minute, their score on the map was 10:3, and in terms of total value they outnumbered Team Spirit by 3,000. However, at some point, something went wrong. Solo and the team began to systematically make mistakes, which led to Spirit being 28,000 gold ahead of the Ukrainian team at the 52nd minute. As a result, the victory on the protracted map for the champions of The International 10.

The next match in the bo3 series looked much more competitive. This can be evidenced by the score on the scoreboard at the 26th minute, namely 19:14 in favor of NaVi with a total value advantage of more than 2,000. This time, the yellow-black team did not repeat their mistakes and from time to time they killed Roshan themselves. Towards the late game, Team Spirit began to seize the initiative. The Ukrainian team was forced to go on the defensive. As a result, the carry Monkey King by Yatoro turned out to be stronger than Chaos Knight by V-Tune. In 48 minutes, Miposhka and his teammates were able to double the score in the series and win the 2nd victory in the first division.

Recall that DPC EEU 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I runs from June 9th to July 15th of this year. 8 teams compete for a $205,000 prize pool, 1150 DPC points and 3 slots in the PGL Arlington Major.
