RBG and Strife qualified for IEM Fall 2021 North America

RBG and Strife became the winners of the first open qualifier for IEM Fall 2021 North America. Now the teams will compete in the closed qualifier, which will be held online from September 18 to 19.

For RBG, the open qualifier was a breeze, as the team confidently coped with Event Team 1 (16: 5), Valkyrie (16: 4) and X13 (16: 4) to reach the semifinals of the competition. Here the team also confidently dealt with ChocoCheck (2: 0) in order to get the right to compete in the closed qualifier.

In turn, Strife went through a difficult grid, becoming a real opening of the qualifiers. First, the team defeated BlueSky Fan Club (16: 7), Davenport University (16:10) and Mythic (16: 6). to sensationally beat ATK in the semifinals (2: 0).

The four teams that will compete in the IEM Fall 2021 North America Closed Qualifier will be determined via invitations, while the remaining two places will be contested in the final open qualifier, which runs from September 11-12.
