Another esports CIS el-clasico - Gambit Esports and NAVI will fight to reach the grand final of StarLadder CIS RMR 2021

The second confrontation within the semifinals of the upper bracket has come to an end. The battle turned out to be very controversial, intriguing and for the most part interesting. On the first map, Mirage NAVI had a bad start, which caused Team Spirit to lead by 5 rounds. When Natus Vincere went over to the defensive side, they were able to take 11 rounds in a row and finish the fight on Mirage with a score of 16-10.

Overpass has gotten very juicy. There, just like in the case of Mirage Spirit, they again started on the defensive side, and then NAVI again showed an excellent game after the side switching. This time Team Spirit managed to react correctly to such a comeback and brought the game to a draw. There they, with great effort, prevailed on Overpass with a score of 19-17.

Based on what we could observe on Nuke, Team Spirit sent all their forces to win the second map, since on Nuke they managed to take only three rounds - 2 for the defense side and 1 for the attack.

Thus, two new game pairs were formed. Natus Vincere reached the final of the upper bracket, where Gambit Esports were already awaiting them, while Team Spirit went down to the lower bracket. There they will fight K23 for the right to further participate in the RMR championship for the CIS region.

StarLadder CIS RMR 2021 started on June 27th and will end on July 4th. The total prize pool of the RMR tournament is $ 100,000. The winner will take away $ 40,000 and 2,000 rating points, which will be useful for a trip to PGL Stockholm Major 2021 with a prize pool of $ 2,000,000.
