DreamHack Open March 2021 North America: Team Liquid and Extra Salt Advance to Playoffs

The matches of the winners in both groups of the North American region have come to an end. In Group A, Team Liquid won the fight against Triumph, without losing a single card to the latter, and Extra Salt, in turn, in Group B lost one card in a duel with Bad News Bears, but nevertheless defeated their opponents.

As usual in tournaments with this format, Team Liquid, who took 1st place in Group A, will fight in the playoffs with a participant who will take 2nd place in Group B. Extra Salt, who have become the best in their quartet, will play with a team that will be located on the 2nd line in Group A.

DreamHack Open March 2021 North America runs from March 10-14. The total prize pool of the championship is $ 70,000. The winner of the tournament will take half of the prize money, earn 100 rating points and receive an invite to Intel Extreme Masters Summer 2021 with a prize pool of a quarter of a million dollars.
