In a tense Brazilian derby, FURIA overcame paiN 2–1 in the group stage of BLAST Rivals 2025 Season 2. After a slow start on Nuke, the team bounced back on Overpass and sealed the win on the decisive Mirage, securing their place in the tournament playoffs.

The decider on Mirage turned out to be an intense battle for both teams. FURIA held a narrow 7:5 lead after the first half, but paiN came back strong, taking the lead 10:7. However, FURIA managed to regain control in the late rounds and closed out the map 13:11 to win the series.
